For our project, since the amount of members is unusually large, it is taking us more time to prepare and plan so that during execution, there will not be any conflict or predicament. Up to this point, every member’s task has been basically data researching or organization.
Personally, I have helped sorting half of the sources or the data into specific time period and kinds into the pre-designed chart. Later, I will also assist members in sorting and garnering the metadata for each source.
Afterwards, the entire team will agree unanimously in what kind of task each will be assigned with for creating the project. Ideally, I want to do the mapping or work with some forms of GIS to incorporate the data and map as I have a particular interest in it. However, I personally do not mind any kind of tasks but I will attempt to help anyone who requires assistance whenever needed.

It seems to me that your team is organized and on top of your stuff despite the large size.
