As a beginner to programming, I found skills with HTML and CSS to be quite interesting and useful, especially in understanding where the formatting of text and media on websites comes from and how it is organized and presented. I’ve learned that the processes can be tedious and require plenty of details so that the computer can specifically recognize what you’re doing so that it doesn’t do something on its own. During the CSS tutorial, I enjoyed playing around and exploring different fonts, colors, and designs. Giving the time to try different skills on both HTML and CSS really allowed me to be more comfortable with the basics of these programs.
