This tour serves to illustrate the Somali presence in the town of Faribault. These immigrant communities began settling in Faribault during the 1980’s due to a demand for labor within a local food production factory. There is very little documentation regarding the Somali community therefore my tour seeks to illustrate a number of sites established by this community.
