We used a variety of sources to show the imbalance within the city of Northfield. Firstly, we gained some baseline information from Mar’s presentation on Viking Terrace. Following that, we were able to tour the city of Northfield with Mar and we were able to see some of the inequalities firsthand. Additionally, each member of our team put in time to do individual research based on the StoryMap he or she is working on. We explored and used the Northfield GIS data available in Carleton database and the 2020 US Census data.
